A: We are
independent manufacturer sales representatives with a primary
focus on African American gift & stationery. |
|

Q: If I place
my order with Kinship Ties will I pay an additional
cost? |
A: Any order placed
with us will not occur additional cost. |

Q: What is the
advantage of ordering with The Kinship Ties Group,
Inc? |
A: Since we are a
"one stop shop" for your afrocentric
product needs, we take the guess work out of ordering. No
retailer today can afford to order merchandise that does not
sell. We provide you with whats hot and whats
not! We also realize that during your busy
day, time may be limited for you to call several
manufacturers to reorder however; you can call, fax
or email us your order. We will process
and dispatch your orders to the appropriate manufacturer. We will also keep you
informed on new product offers, promotions and
specials. |

Q: If I need to
have an order shipped immediately what are my
options? |
A: We asked that you
allow the normal manufacturer time for shipping however; we realize
this might not always be the case. Manufacturers' will
ship next day or 2-3 day ground on a "need to
basis." Please note that when requesting this form of
shipping you must pay with a credit card as payment for ship
charges. |

Q: What
is the ship time of an order placed with The Kinship Ties Group,
Inc. |
A: That depends on the
manufacturer ship schedule. Each manufacturer has their own
ship schedule wether it be 3-5 work days, 5-7 work days
or 7-10 work days. Please see manufacturer terms page which
will appear after clicking on "Our Lines." |

Q: Do you
accept credit card payments? |
A: Yes, your
credit card information is taken and processed along with your
order afterwards it is sent directly to the manufacturer who will
in turn ship your merchandise and bill your credit
card. |

Q: Do you sell
wholesale? |
A: Yes, however
catalogs and sales materials are limited to retail trade
only. |

Q: Who do I contact if there
is a problem with my order, Kinship Ties or the
manufacturer? |
A: Please contact

us, we have a record of what you ordered
and if special instructions or stipulations were
